Corrections

Our policy

Accuracy is our first priority. When we publish something that is wrong or misleading, we fix it and say so. Corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with the date of the change, and every correction is also listed on this page.

We do not silently change the substance of published articles. Minor fixes that do not affect meaning — such as typos or formatting — may be made without a correction note.
